There’s no telling whether the relationship will last all the way to nuptials, but it was an interesting ending for the season.
23-Year old Jimmy Heck from San Francisco, CA.
Jimmy is a personal trainer with a degree in Theater Arts from the University of California at Santa Cruz. He is an extremely confident and driven person and prefers dating older women because they are “more experienced in bed.”
How mature and profound….
Paris Starts the Search for a BFF Tonight!
Paris Hilton is back, and she’s searching for a brand new BFF. I’m not totally sure what happened to the last one, but the reality show where she puts prospective BFFs to the test to see who is most deserving of her friendship is back for another season on MTV.
The new season begins tonight at 10/9c on MTV and if it has even half the drama of the first season, viewers are in for a real treat! Here’s an interview that Paris did where she tells how the contestants were chosen. It’s pretty interesting!
Survivor: Millionaires - Where Are They Now?
TV Guide Channel is going to air a special about the winners of Survivor. It’s going to find out where they each are and what they are up to these days, after winning a million dollars on the show.
Here’s a bit of a preview of the special. It’s a short interview with Jenna Morasca, the winner of Survivor: Amazon.
She talks about being with Ethan Zohn, winner of Survivor: Africa for six years now, but this clip doesn’t mention that Ethan is suffering from non-Hodgkins lymphoma. He’s a great guy and I hope you’ll all join with me in sending thoughts and prayers to him.
Top Chef Masters: Meet the Master Chefs
The newest competition reality show to hit Bravo is the Masters version of Top Chef. It’s where well-known, established chefs will compete for money for their charities.
Top Chef Masters will premiere on June 10 at 10/9c on Bravo and if it’s half as good as the regular Top Chef, none of us want to miss it! We’ve seen a few of the master chefs as guest judges on Top Chef before, but a few are totally new to us. Be sure to set your DVR to catch every episode of the new Top Chef Masters series!
Here are the 24 Master Chefs who will compete:

I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here: Heidi & Spencer Pratt Nearly Leave!
June 1, 2009 by Lynn

Talk about an inflated sense of self importance! Ryan Seacrest reports that today, only hours before the series premiere of I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, overly pampered reality stars Heidi & Spencer Pratt were almost ready to leave the competition. Their reason for wanting to leave is that they are in the compeition with a lot of “non-celebrities.”
Ok, here I go…getting on my soapbox.
Who the hell do they think they are anyway? The two of them are on a reality show (The Hills). Heidi has a music video that proves that she can’t sing and Spencer is her manager (and now her husband.) None of that means they are big-time celebrities!!
Reportedly, Heidi refuses to eat the same food as everyone else, they both think they are too important to be seen with the others on the show and they actually thought they’d be staying in a high-cost hotel in Costa Rica. How dumb can they be?
Now that they’ve insulted all their competitors, and made themselves look like the totally egotistical fools they are, they did manage to be convinced to stay.
Oh, how I want to see them humiliated! I’ve suddenly gotten much more interested in the show…mainly because I want to see them “taken down a notch or two” in the ego department. This should be one heck of a premiere tonight!!
Be sure to tune in for the premiere of I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here on NBC tonight at 8/7c.
Survivor: Fiji’s Rita Verreos on Price is Right
This is absolutely hilarious! My friend, Rita Verreos from Survivor: Fiji was a contestant on Friday on the Price Is Right. She got so excited about the results of her game that she somehow managed to knee Drew Carey in the “jewels.” LOL!
Here’s the clip:
Rita is also a finalist in San Antonio’s Hot Mommie contest. Please stop by and give her your vote!

Gordon Ramsay Celebrates at FOX Upfronts
May 25, 2009 by Lynn
Chef Gordon Ramsay, the demanding head chef on Hell’s Kitchen and the restaurant savior on Kitchen Nightmares, was at last week’s FOX Upfronts presentation in New York City. He’s a very happy guy because both of his shows will be back for more this year on FOX.
Here’s a photo of him greeting a fan at the event. See? He really is a nice guy!

Survivor: Tocantins - Coach Wade Makes Cubicle Confessions
May 24, 2009 by Lynn
This season on Survivor: Tocantins, by far the most “colorful” character was Coach Wade. In this clip, he sits down to make Cubicle Confessions to TV Guide Magazine. He tells us which aspects of Coach Wade that we saw on the show were real, and which were made up to create a character for the show. You might be surprised….
He also writes an impromptu poem for us about the experience:
