Poor Lou Diamond Philips. As the I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here camp leader, he was called upon to confront Janice Dickinson for so many of her actions in the camp. People think she’s been hogging the food, stealing power bars (she has), urinating in camp (yup, she does that too) and we’ve all seen her spitting up phlegm all over the place.
