I use to watch him on tv when I had more time. I got great grilling tips, such as, only turn a steak one time and do not pierce it or it will get tough. He knows his work!

To my hubby the word “grilling” equals the word “burned to the point of charcoal” lol Its not that bad, but its pretty bad.

We love watching Bobby Flay and could use this cookbook because we’re really not great at grilling. Our basic grill menu is hot dogs and burgers and within a couple of weeks of summer, I am so sick of hamburgers and hot dogs and want something better. We could really use the help with ideas and menu’s.
