Celebrity Apprentice: Marilu Talked Too Much
This week, the teams were tasked with creating a 10-minute infomercial for QVC. Marilu was project manager and worked with Piers, Lennox and Carol to try to sell a ladder/cart/hand truck thing. Stephen was project manager and his team of Omarosa, Tito & Trace worked to sell a hand sweeper.
Marilu was very enthusiastic and it looked like she did a great job leading the team, but her team lost. Apparently, they didn’t know about an option where they could offer to sell the item with the cost broken into several payments. The board room discussion went from blaming Lennox from being sleepy because he had been hung-over, to blaming Carol for having worked for a long time with QVC and still not knowing about the payment option and finally, it came down to Marilu being fired as the losing project manager.
Somehow, that scoundrel Piers slipped through again. I am sad to see Marilu go. I liked her the best of all the cast members. But then, it’s Trump that makes the decision…
