SciFi Channel Investigates UFOs, Starting Tonight!
The creators of Ghost Hunters and Ghost Hunters International, are adding a new hunter to their roster, UFO Hunters. Premiering on SciFi Channel on Wednesday, January 30 at 10 p.m. ET, this show sets out to investigate claims of UFO sightings and otherworldly experiences with the help of New York Strange Phenomena Investigators (NY-SPI). Led by co-founders Oliver Kemenczky and Ted Davis, and supported by researcher/investigator Dennis Anderson, NY-SPI brings their decades of experience and unquestioned credibility in the UFO community to two fascinating cases. UFO Hunters investigates, reviews, and reveals, giving viewers a new perspective on the universe around them.
“UFOlogists” have always walked the fine line between science and fantasy and have long been a subject of ridicule. NY-SPI is a new breed of investigators who are using cutting-edge technology to legitimize the examination of evidence and separate genuine claims from works of fiction. In one case, the team must go to the bottom of the ocean to investigate a fireball that fell from the New Jersey sky. In the other, they interview eyewitnesses, including one man who claims to have been abducted, to investigate an unidentifiable object seen in the skies over two states, New York and New Jersey.
If this type of show is your cup of tea, be sure to tune in tonight for the pilot.

1 st episode started out a little boring but at the end when the witness was hypnotized and his abduction memories began to surface the show began to take off. It would be very interesting if they could find something first hand rather than after the fact.
