Top Chef: Cookbook - We Can Pre-Order it Now!

How many times have we all watched Top Chef and wanted to know the recipes for the things we saw them create on the show? And, yeah, I know. We could go out and hunt for the recipe on the web site, then hope we can still find it when we are ready to cook.

Now there’s a wonderful solution! Today, Bravo announced the publication of the Top Chef: Cookbook. (Hopefully, there will be more versions as new seasons are aired…)

I have already ordered my copy, but it won’t actually ship until April. But what a great April surpise! There are a number of great things I hope to see in the book. (But definitely NOT Marcel’s bacon-flavored ice cream!!)
