My pal, Shea, reported on MTV Reality World that Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag of The Hills are engaged!

So…. it looks like this is the real deal kids… $20 says that it will be televised. No, seriously… MTV Reality World wishes Heidi and Spencer a lifetime of happiness and photo shoots so we can post the pics.
