The Biggest Loser Season Finale - No Losers Here

In a conversation I had recently with my daughter, she told me that her favorite reality show is The Biggest Loser because even when someone goes home, they still win because their life has been changed. I have to say that she said something very true about the show. It’s called The Biggest Loser, but everyone on the show won a whole new chance at living a healthy life. I don’t call that losing, by any means.

However, when you look at the staggering amount of weight these dedicated people were able to lose because of the show, it’s nothing short of impressive. And the show’s winner this season was Eric Chopin who lost a jaw-dropping 214 pounds! Congratulations to him for winning the big prize, but also to every contestant on the show for doing the most positive and challenging thing they may ever take on. Every single one of them did a fabulous job losing weight and getting into shape. Bravo!!
