Truly the Best Home Makeover Show

Anyone who has never had the pleasure of watching Extreme Makeover: Home Edition should remedy that as quickly as possible.
With former Trading Spaces carpenter, Ty Pennington in charge, the team of big-hearted designers, carpenters and volunteers manage to level a house of a needy family, then build a bigger, more fabulous one in its place in only 7 days.
I’ve been watching the show since its debut and have yet to not be moved by the families they choose to help. Some episodes bring me to tears. It’s no wonder that this show consistently tops the reality ratings each week, it’s the kind of show we all enjoy watching: one where people who really deserve help, get it.
The only thing that would make this show better would be if it could help even more families than it does. In this world of so much bad news, it’s a delight to be able to tune in and see some much-needed good news.
And I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’ve been a fan of hunky Ty Pennington since he was on Trading Spaces. I give this show two thumbs up (I’d give it more, but I only have two thumbs…) ;-) Be sure to watch it on Sunday evenings. You won’t be sorry.
