Survivor: Mutiny on Cook Islands

by Lynn on November 9th, 2006

The teams are expecting a merge any day and are trying to strategize. Jonathan and some of the others discuss when it would be best to send Ozzy home. Some of the others would like to get rid of Jonathan.

Brad is starting to say things like “every man for himself.” and the rest of the team thinks he needs to go.They keep saying that Brad thinks “there’s no team in I.”

Before the reward challenge, each person is offered the change to mutiny and join the other tribe. Candice, Jonathan and no one else decide to mutiny.

The reward is a retreat with coffee, food and letters from home. Ozzy and Yul were awesome in the challenge and Aitu won easily. Go, Ozzy and Yul!!

They send Candice to Exile Island because she defected.

The reward was truly sweet and they had a terrific time and felt that they were closer than ever. They all got emotional while looking at the photos and reading the letters from home.

Jonathan worked on trying to get the Raro team on his side. They are not too happy about him because he just showed that he’s not loyal. And the old Aitu tribe is no longer feeling close to Jonathan or Candice. They may have just set themselves up for elimination, especially if there’s a merge soon.

Again, Aitu dominated in the challenge and have immunity. The Raro tribe (with the two defecters from Aitu) lost and had to go to tribal counsel.

Candice tried to throw Jonathan under the bus by telling everyone that she’s not close to him like he thinks. Nate called Jonathan, “aka Lord knows what he’s thinking, knucklehead.” Nate and Adam dicussed a lot trying to decide whether to get rid of Brad or Jonathan. Brad didn’t defect, so they have a little faith in him, and Jonathan did, so they know no one will accept him again. But they really don’t want Brad. It’ll be interesting.

At tribal counsel, the Raro tribe voted out Brad and he became the first member of the jury.

Well, my two favorites (now that Cao Boi is gone) are Ozzy & Yul and they are safe for another week. Who are your favorites? What do you think about the mutiny?
