According to Reality TV World, Newstead injured his shoulder and will require surgery and up to nine months to recover. The group will have to tour without him. Tommy Lee says that Newstead will re-join the group once his recovery is complete, but in the mean time, they begin the tour in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve.
