Big Brother: Live Feeds Flashback, July 3
July 3, 2009 by Lynn
If you loved watching Big Brother 10 houseguest Jessie hang out without his shirt on (and truthfully, who wouldn’t…?) here’s a clip from the live BB10 feeds of Jessie & Steven talking serious strategy.
The more I look through these old live feed clips, the more I want the Big Brother 11 season to begin! But we still have to wait until July 9th…

Where else can we watch two people hanging out in a bathroom, brushing teeth and talking candidly about where they want to live? It’s the Big Brother house, of course!
Here, Dan and Keesha talk about Michigan and Renny adds to the conversation. So how much would it take to get Keesha to move to Michigan? LOL!

This is so funny! Here’s Big Brother 10 houseguests Keesha, Memphis & Dan talking about how many big blow-ups happened during their season.
I do have to disagree that BB10 had more big arguments than most BB seasons. What about Evel Dick and all of his antics? What about the Howie and Janelle vs. everyone blow-ups of two different seasons? I can think of tons of huge drama from every single season. …Don’t you love it?

Next Food Network Star: Teddy Goes Home
June 30, 2009 by Lynn

On this week’s episode of Next Food Network Star, the chefs were given the challenge of creating the perfect burger that would tell something personal about each of them. There were some amazing looking burgers created! Michael won the challenge with a burger that incorporated cheese in the middle and ham on top of the burger. Yum!

Then the chefs found out that they would be cooking for a group of 50 service men & women along with their families and the judges. The challenge was to take a random basket of ingredients representing a state and create the next “All-American” dish.
Teddy had to keep looking at notes he wrote on the palm of his hand and did a terrible job in the presentation. Melissa was sparkling and personal and had the dish that everyone loved the most.
During the cooking, Michael accidentally smacked Debbie in the face with a pan and put her in real pain. It messed up his concentration and hers. But luckily, they were both safe at elimination.
The judges were the most displeased with Teddy and told him it was his time to go. I think they made the right choice. He’s just not got a personality that believable on camera and he has issues with integrity. I’m glad to see him go.
What did you think of this week’s challenge? Do you agree or disagree with the judges’ decision to eliminate Teddy? Let us know.

Oh, if you’re like me, you can’t wait for the non-stop drama of the Big Brother house! The houseguests usually only take a few hours before they start getting on each other’s nerves and the alliances start to form. Then, something like this happens…
Here’s a clip of BB10’s Keesha & April talking alliances, nominations and differences of opinions in the house. I can’t wait…

Groomer Has It: Huber is Groomer of the Year!

On the season finale of Groomer Has It, Lisa and Huber were coached by Xavier on how to stack a dog in the show ring. He’s a very tough judge but they did a very good job. Huber won the Quick Sniff Challenge so he was given the right to assign the dogs for the final challenge.
The final challenge tasked Lisa and Huber to groom a variety of very rare dog breeds in a blind show. The judges wouldn’t know which of them had groomed each of the dogs until afterward.
Lisa had one dog that tried to bite her when she attempted to cut its nails so she left them alone. Huber had a problem with a couple of things on one of his dogs too. But after some great looking dogs and the judges’ deliberation, Huber was named the second Groomer of the Year.
I like Lisa, but was thrilled that Huber won it. He just has such heart. In that way, he reminds me of last season’s sinner, Artist Knox.
The Fashion Show: Homage to the Design Icons

On this week’s episode of The Fashion Show, the designers were put to the test to find out if they really knew enough about seven iconic designers. In the Mini Challenge, they were quizzed on styles created by the designers until Anna was the only one left, so she was declared the winner.

She got a huge advantage because of the win. In the Elimination Challenge she got to assign the designers that each of the competitors would pay homage to in the designs for the runway. She was strategic and gave her friends the most suitable designers for their own styles and gave Reco and Merlin got the designers they weren’t even familiar with.
Merlin asked some of the others about his designer and did very well overall. But Reco, as expected, didn’t even listen to anyone else when they told him that his designer, Halston was all about being very unstructured and drapey. He made a corseted dress that the judges told him looked like it was straight from a Renaissance fair. LOL!
<p.Johnny won the challenge with an outfit that everyone simply loved. That’s good. He could use some success to give him confidence.
Haven had YSL, but she failed to put together a good design. She chose the wrong fabrics and made an outfit that looked sloppy.
It was a tough decision for the judges, but they decided to eliminate Haven. So Reco lives to design another day.
I have come to enjoy watching Reco more as the season goes on. What a character! I’m glad he made it to another week. What do you think of this week’s episode?
Big Brother: Live Feeds Flashback, June 29

In this classic Big Brother live feed clip, the houseguests were comparing stories about being way too drunk. Can any of us really ever forget the Colonel telling us about his run in with a corn field?
The takeaway: according to Michelle, don’t go backwards into a corn field!

While they are in the Big Brother house, the houseguests have very little to do all day. So they end up talking about some of the most hilarious subjects. (It makes us all feel a lot less boring…)
In this clip, the girls of BB10 discuss ways that they would move fat around in their bodies if they had the chance. It’s a classic!

Just a few more days until the new set of houseguests enter the Big Brother 11 house! So here’s todays’ dose of Big Brother 10 live feeds goodness.
If you remember correctly, Keesha had a slight “problem” and wanted to use the Colonel’s HOH bathroom. When she was trying to ask him about it, April got all upset about it and went off on her. Here’s a clip of April talking to Renny & Libra about the incident.
